A statement from the Ghana Education Service indicates that the service is set to undertake a certificate audit in all Basic and Second Cycle schools in the Asuogyaman District in the Eastern Region.
According to the release, it is of the interest of the Directorate to undertake this exercise for the re-alignment of subject teaching.

All teachers should therefore make the following documents available for the exercise.
- All Original Certificates
- Certified true copies of certificates from Higher institution( a photocopy each)
- Filled personal record form
- Valid National Identification Card ( Ghana card / Voter’s ID card)
- Current payslip
