Ghana Education Service GES Extends 2024 Promotion Application Deadline for both teaching and Non-Teaching Staff.
The Ghana Education Service through a statement wishes to inform the general public especially both teaching and non-teaching staff that it has extended the deadline for 2024 promotion application deadline for both teaching and non-teaching staff.
According to the management, this is in view of the slug connectivity that occurred abd to make room for all those who have not been apply able to apply yet.
Henceforth, it is important to note that the deadline has been extended to 12th April, 2024.
Qualification for GES Promotion 2024
1) Deputy Director: An applicant should have been promoted to the grade of Assistant Director I on or before 2019 and should have been continuously at post since date (except for periods of approved leave of absence)
2) Assistant Director I: An applicant should have been promoted to the grade of Assistant Director Il on or before 2019 and should have been continuously at post since date (except for periods of approved leave of absence).
3) Assistant Director I: An applicant should have been promoted to the grade of Principal
Superintendent on or before 2019 and should have been continuously at post since date
(except for periods of approved leave of absence).
4) Principal Superintendent: An applicant should have been promoted to the grade of Senior Superintendent I on or before 2019 and should have been continuously at post since date (except for periods of approved leave of absence).
GES Promotion 2023 Mode of Application
1. All applicants must log on to (www.gespromotions.gov.gh) from Monday, 26th February, 2024 to apply.
2. Complete the application form and upload a passport-sized photograph.
3. Upload only your last Promotion or Upgrading or Appointment Letter.
4. Applicants using Masters/Doctorate Degree must upload their certificates.
5. All documents uploaded should be in PDF format with the exception of the passport-sized photograph.
