OFFICIAL: GES Releases New Update On When Inter-Regional And Inter/Intra District Re-Postings-2021 Will Commence. A must read
A release from the management of Ghana Education Service GES sighted by Honestynewgh.com wishes to intorm all Regional/Metropolitan/Municipal/District Directors, that due to the changes in the academic calendar, the reposting processes will now commence from 1st August, 2021, to take effect from January, 2022.
RECOMMENDED
According to the management, reposting is done at the end of the academic year in order not to disrupt the flow of teaching and learning. Since the academic year now starts in January and ends in December, the reposting process cannot begin during the usual period.
Henceforth, the issuance of Asurance letters takes effect from 1st August, 2021.
Completed applications for Inter Regional Postings should be forwarded to the GES
Heddquarters by 30th September, 2021.

“Please note that a teacher seeking re-posting, can only be released, after the Director General has approved and issued out a re-posting letter to the applicant”, the release added.
