GES Promotion Interview For Non-Teaching Staffs. Check out grades to consider for promotion
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has set a date for interviewing non-teaching staff at the lower ranks to enable promotion to their respective ranks.

Qualification
To qualify, an applicant should have been promoted to any of the ranks on or before 1 September, 2016 and should have been continuously at post since that date. Applicant must also have very satisfactory work history with good conduct in the service.
All district directors of education are urged to request and receive all applications, process (shortlist), conduct interviews and submit the interview reports (soft and hard copies) to the Regional Director by 25th August 2021.
