UCC CoDE Releases Timetable & Registration Fees For Second Semester Resit Exams || CHECK

The management of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) wishes to bring to the notice of all undergraduate students of the College
of Distance Education that the End-of-Second Semester Resit Examinations is scheduled form 2nd to 17th July, 2022.

Students who wish to resit failed End-of-Second Semester Examination papers must register in their Online Students Portal, under CoDE Resit, using appropriate voucher(s). However, students who were admitted before 2016 should log on to porta.ucc.edu,gh and login with their registration number and a default password of 723456.

Details of the voucher are as follows:

1. COST: One Hundred and Fifty-Five Ghana Cedis (GHS155.00) per paper

2. SALES CENTRES: Any networked branch of GCB Bank

3. FORMAT OF SERIAL NUMBER: UCB2022*****

Students who successfully register for the resit are entreated to keep copies of their payment receipt(s) and registration form(s) for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria For End Of Second Semester Resit Examination

We wish to bring the following eligibility criteria to the notice of all stakeholders, especially undergraduate students who wish to partake in the impending End-of-Second Semester Resit examinations:

i. Only students who have failed (obtained grade “E” in) second semester courses are eligible to take the resit examinations.
Students with incomplete result (“IC”) can only take the respective assessment component (Q1/Q2/EoS) when it is next available.

ii. Only candidates who have duly registered for the respective papers would be allowed to take the examinations. Results will, therefore, not be processed for papers that are not registered for.

ii. Candidates would be required to take the examinations at their original study centres; as indicated on their registration form. Those
who wish to write in transit should seek permission from the Students Support Services Unit.

iv. Candidates would be required to present a copy of their registration form and an original valid students/national ID card before being allowed entry into the examination centre

v. Candidates who register later than the Wednesday to the respective session of the examinations would not be captured on the
attendance/score sheet for the respective paper.

vi. The current resit vouchers (with serial number UCB2022*****) are valid for the registration of the current resit examinations only.
