GES Promotion 2023 Online Application Portal Opened
Here is the GES Promotion 2023 Oinline Application portal for accessing the GES Promotion of teachers to the grade of Deputy Director, Assistant Director I, Assistant Director II and Principal Superintendent.
The management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) is inviting applications from qualified teachers for consideration for Promotion to the above grades mentioned.
Qualification for GES Promotion 2023 Online Application
Below are the qualifications for GES promotion 2023 for teachers.
1) Deputy Director: An applicant should have been promoted to the grade of Assistant Director I on or before 2019 and should have been continuously at post since date (except for periods of approved leave of absence)
2) Assistant Director I: An applicant should have been promoted to the grade of Assistant Director Il on or before 2019 and should have been continuously at post since date (except for periods of approved leave of absence).
3) Assistant Director I: An applicant should have been promoted to the grade of Principal
Superintendent on or before 2019 and should have been continuously at post since date
(except for periods of approved leave of absence).
4) Principal Superintendent: An applicant should have been promoted to the grade of Senior Superintendent I on or before 2019 and should have been continuously at post since date (except for periods of approved leave of absence).
Qualification for GES Promotion 2023 Online Application for Teachers With Master’s Degree and PHD
Here are the qualifications for Officers/Teachers with Master’s Degree and PHD.
For the avoidance of doubt, applicants who wish to rely on Masters/ Doctorate degrees to join the interviews out of turn should note the following:
1.) Masters /PHD programme should be on the approved GES Course of study.
2) The Masters/PHD certificate should not have been obtained before the previous promotion.
3) Applicants who wish to use the Masters/PHD certificates for ADI, ADIl and Deputy Director Promotion should have obtained their certificate on or before 2021.
GES Promotion 2023 Mode of Application
1. All applicants must log on to (www.gespromotions.gov.gh) from Monday, 26th February, 2024 to apply.
2. Complete the application form and upload a passport-sized photograph.
3. Upload only your last Promotion or Upgrading or Appointment Letter.
4. Applicants using Masters/Doctorate Degree must upload their certificates.
5. All documents uploaded should be in PDF format with the exception of the passport-sized photograph.
