  • The University of Education, Winneba will be holding its 25th congregation in the Month of August to pass out graduate who have completed their final course of study successfully. The graduation which will be held via Digital Video Mode through the official school’s website and Facebook pages will coronavirus protocols laid down by the state are duly observed. These protocols include social distancing and the wearing of face masks to avoid contraction of the virus that has claimed over 100 lives in Ghana. The school published this development on their website cautioning that students who fail to pay their full fees will not be able to graduate, also students who have referrals or are unable to write take home exams or submit them for tangible reasons will be allowed via the MLS system to take their exams for assessment before graduation. The learning management system( LMS) currently hosted online has been successful , all students have been given their take home exams on the site and are expected to use their school’s index number and password to access the website and download the relevant questions pertaining to their course of study. The questions should be answered and submitted via website with a proposed date attached by the institutiontion. All students who are supposed to go for their certificate after graduation will have to provide proof of full payment of fees or clearance form from the finance department before certificates are issued.
